Is the wedding kid friendly?
As much as we love your little ones, we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Consider it our gift to you: a night off with free food, free drinks, and no one asking for chicken nuggets.
How do I RSVP?
Formal invitations will be sent out closer to the big day. Once they arrive, our website's RSVP tab will officially open for business! Just head over there and let us know if you'll be joining the celebration.
Can I bring a plus one?
Before inviting your long-lost cousin or your coworker you met last Tuesday, please check the RSVP link to see who’s included in your invitation. If it says “and Guest,” bring your favorite person! If not, we kindly ask that only those listed join us. We promise there will be plenty of friends, fun, and dancing to go around.
Which airport should I fly into? How far is the venue from the airport?
Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is the closest airport and only about 20 minutes from the venue. That's shorter than most wedding ceremonies!
Where should I stay? Is there a hotel room block?
We've decided not to reserve a room block, so feel free to pick the hotel (or Airbnb) of your dreams! We do recommend booking early before everyone else has the same idea. Be sure to check out our Accommodations page for some of our favorite recommendations and nearby places to stay.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely! Snap away during cocktail hour and the reception. During the ceremony, though, we'd love for you to put your phones away and let our photographer capture our "I do's" without your iPad making a surprise appearance.
Where should I park?
There’s plenty of parking at the venue! But if our dance floor and open bar are doing their jobs, Uber and Lyft are just a tap away.
What's the wedding dress code?
Semi-Formal! Think wedding guest, not wedding crasher. The Country Club of Landfall is a private club, so please leave the jeans and baseball caps at home. This is your chance to get dressed up, look fabulous, and pretend you don't own sweatpants for an evening.
The ceremony is in a private community, how do I get in?
No secret password or handshake required! Just let the security guard know you're attending the Everhart–McCollum wedding. We recommend using the Military Cutoff Rd gate entrance.
